Never returned to fix the damages he caused during install. I have that in his writing he would. Messed up drywall in particular. Told me that it wasnt his responsibility but put it in writing that he would be back out to have it repaired. Never came back. never returned calls/texts .. nothing. To say I had a bad experience with this company (*** Stoneworx) would be an understatement. The installers are pretty good guys. However the owner is a compulsive liar. I have 26 I will call you back texts in my phone. There is a reason he doesnt have a voicemail set up. He continually sets up a date for install and then no call no shows. I had the same problem back in June 2020 that Victoria H. had. Will promised me the world and did a sloppy job on the installation of the counters. He never left me the written warranty on my expensive quartz counters that he purchased from ******* ****- which left me in the lurch because there were defects in the counters. I have no recourse when I cannot produce this documentation. I also had him buy me the sink, which he said he could get for a good price.
