To say I had a bad experience with this company (*** Stoneworx) would be an understatement. The installers are pretty good guys. However the owner is a compulsive liar. I have 26 I will call you back texts in my phone. There is a reason he doesnt have a voicemail set up. He continually sets up a date for install and then no call no shows. I had the same problem back in June 2020 that Victoria H. had. Will promised me the world and did a sloppy job on the installation of the counters. He never left me the written warranty on my expensive quartz counters that he purchased from ******* ****- which left me in the lurch because there were defects in the counters. I have no recourse when I cannot produce this documentation. I also had him buy me the sink, which he said he could get for a good price.
