You will never own a home with this "business". They put their ugly signs all over the neighborhood and the worse part about it, is they have these ghetto people move into the house next to us (that I actually purchased and is MY home) and they destroyed the house. Put up ugly pieced together fences, park in their backyard like a trailer park and play extremely loud Mexican music with subwoofers. These people insist on putting their illegal tacky signs in our neighborhood. We have them removed and they keep putting them back up. In case you aren't understanding why your signs have been taken down by the city, it is because we want you to Stop using our neighborhoods to advertise your rent to own business. We'd really appreciate that.
Wanted to know about a house have a larger down payment asked if they would do a owner conract. Apparently no dice if they are willing to do rent to own why would they not want to do a short term contract and then let that personrefinance later on. I don't believe you will ever own your home with this program!
