I was horrified! I had a 11:55 first appt. I got there at 11:40 due in at 11:30. And I got rescheduled front office unfriendly I felt like a bother? My concern pulmonary issues what if the patient is elderly or has a oxygen tank? I could see if I got there at 11:55 my appt. time? I worked front office for 25 years this is a first.
Overcharged and misdiagnosed twice! - In late 2013 I had a chronic, choking cough. I was referred to ABQ health partners pulmonary clinic. The nurse practitioner reasked all the questions that I had answered on the questionaire about my condition, gave me a bunch of scripts for allergies and told me to try them all and see if anything worked, had an "educator" teach me how to use an inhaler (i've used inhalers longer than she's been alive).
