They never have my appointment time correct. The office staff is rude and hurried. The environment is dirty. The waiting time is about an hour everytime I've been there. The doctor appeared to be rushed too. It's like a cattle yard..get them in and push them out. I'm changing insurance so I don't have to come back to the puppy mill situation!
