If I could give zero stars, I would. I worked with Albuquerque Property Management for a year while living out of state, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. When I handed over my property to Jessica Schroeder, I already had tenants in place. Over the course of the year, I never received enough rental income to even cover the mortgage. I've been waiting for the landlord to change management to post this because after reading the previous reviews, Daniel has a history of retaliating against tenants.
