Daniel is awesome! He went above and beyond. I highly recommend using ABQ Property Management for your housing needs. I'm not sure about the previous reviews but my experiences with ABQ Property Management have been amazing.
Hardly ever answers the phone. Never returns calls. Maintenance requests have no way to track the status or even make sure it was submitted.
Had the misfortune of renting from/being in households renting from this company for almost 5 years. Extremely negligent and inattentive agents, ignored and would remove maintenance requests without sending crews, set me up with a unit that was in extreme disrepair that I couldn’t tour until I signed on, wouldn’t respond to communication attempts regarding lease signing, shut off our online payment portal, and are actively trying to scam us out of our deposit now that we’ve moved away.
