Incredible experience from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful clean office and friendly team members. No delay in getting us seen by the appointment time. Mary was amazing and helped my daughter feel comfortable despite repeated grumblings about having to get braces. Dr. Trapnell was also great in his demeanor and ability to explain my daughter’s treatments needs and options in a way we all understood. My daughter is looking forward to getting her braces now! I can’t thank you enough.

My daughter was terrified about getting braces because some of her friends had painful experiences elsewhere. The assistants here handled her fears really well by explaining things slowly and checking on her constantly during the appointment. She was sore for a couple of days afterward, but they had already warned us what to expect and gave helpful advice that made things easier. She actually left her second adjustment appointment smiling instead of nervous.
My younger brother recently had his braces removed after nearly two years of treatment here. The transformation in his smile has been amazing, but his confidence changed even more. Before treatment he avoided smiling in pictures completely. The process wasn’t always perfect since there were occasional long waits during busy periods, but the quality of care stayed consistent throughout. The staff even celebrated with him when the braces finally came off, which was a nice touch.
