I am so impressed with this company! The providers are so smart and well intentioned. Monica Kozlowski has helped my family so incredibly much!
I was recommended by a friend to come here. I started when my daughter was six months she is now 20months and the service has declined dramatically. They NEVER answer the phone. Our call you back in a TIMELY manner. There are inconvenient working hours now. They have cancelled our appointments literally 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment MULTIPLE times. The text line is helpful. They take my insurance, yay! In-home and in-office visits are great options for flexibility and scheduling. So far, I’ve had a good experience with all the staff. Professional and friendly. Clean office. A bit of a lengthy wait, but that’s to be expected with any practitioner with a full practice. 5/5 would recommend.
Absolutely love Monica and her team! We have appreciated both home visits and the in office environment.
