I started engaging with Derek Richardson, the sales manager for ABP a few weeks ago. He made everything so easy, helped me navigate the insurance process and got us scheduled right away. He also is always very quick to respond. The crew showed up on time, was fast and efficient and the roof looks beautiful. Our property was left in good shape. We are still awaiting final appraisal to finish out the project but so far everything has been top notch.

I removed my house from the market. Clay approached me because he observed some missing shingles after completing work on my neighbor's roof. I attempted to politely decline his offer as I was currently unemployed and unable to address roof repairs at that time. He emphasized the importance of fixing it due to its poor condition.
