We purchased a CRAC unit through distribution channels and have been waiting over three weeks for a quotation for additional parts. The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing and, at this point, it feels almost non existent.
I usually don't do reviews like this but I wanted other applicants who are trying to apply to stay away from this company. The hiring person for this company is lazy never calls back potential candidates even when they are very qualified for the position. That behavior to me is very unprofessional. I've been in the customer service industry for over 20yrs and I would never treat a potential employee that way. Disappointing.
