I have a second home in Teller County and found out while the home was vacant the septic line had cracked, then froze and backed up into the first floor. I needed someone quickly to repair, and replace the septic line so the home could be occupied again. Not living in the area, Above Tree Line was referred to me. They were able to come out with 24 hours to do the repair which in this area, is even difficult to get a contractor to call you back. These folks made building a home in the mountains easy. I greatly appreciated the owner, my superintendent, and all the craftsmen they contract with. Just be sure to have a radon mitigation system included in your new home.

This company has no problem accepting completed work, but paying for it appears to be optional in their world. After fulfilling our scope exactly, they refused to pay and iqnored all attempts to resolve the matter. A month after completion they finally called back. This behavior wastes time, money, and resources, and it puts other small business at risk. If you rely on getting paid for your work do not work with these guys.

I've been a customer of Above Treeline for 25 years. This company developed my family's summer vacation property in Colorado. The people in the office and in the field excel in customer service . Their responses are timely; their work is first class; and they are affordable.
