Cleaned a commercial kitchen hood. Agreed to price and changed it at the last minute. Left a mess in the kitchen and outside. Cleaned grease filters in the parking lot and left grease where customers walk. Hood is still dropping greasy water in cooking areas the next morning. Didn't even mop the area under hood. Soaked a gas pressure regulator with water and now it needs to be replaced. We are not able to fully open kitchen for lunch. Resulted in expensive weekend service call.
