I am sure they are great if you can actually get a quote from them. The guy that came out that talked to me seemed nice and knowledgeable and because of that customer service I can't fault him. But unfortunately like every other contractor in Lane County you can't get them to give you a quote. So if you wanna be left hanging then.....

Came to give quote, was a bit braggy and overconfident in customer interaction. Stated he would email quote by the next night. It never came. Declined to give me quote for metal roof, stating he could not get materials. I contacted him weeks later to inform him that I had taken an offer from another firm, only to learn that he also had come down with COVID, and was unvaccinated; he had not worn a mask when he came to my home. They got us in early, the workers were self-manageable and the results look great. Casey is friendly to work with.
The roof and solar tubes were started and completed on time and for the exact price quoted. The crew was polite, friendly, and professional. The quality of work looks excellent.
