I absolutely love Above the Fringe. The atmosphere was so relaxing. The service was top notch. Very friendly and professional staff. They treat you like family. They want you to be extremely happy with their services. This was my first time and I already booked my next appointment. It reminded me of a unique neat little place to enjoy being pampered.
