Regret the workmanship. Details were missed and not an honest reply. The wood stove chimney boot was removed for the work done. My Chimney is not strait vertical and leaked all over the ceiling, water damage. Top of wood stove wet. My phone call reply was we can have someone out the next day, with rain predicted. The reply about the chimney was " oh that was caused by the wind" Did I get a discounted cost ... NOPE

It's in the details. I am reminded every year when I use my wood stove. Our stove was professionally installed. The Above Roofing crew ripped off all shingles. But lacking in the knowledge of the importance of the wood stove chimney just slammed the flange back down not checking if it we straight up and down.( Use of a level). So every time I get the wood stove going we hear a loud squeeking noise from the misplaced chimney pipe in connection box. This company also did not seal the shingles at the flange.
