It's in the details. I am reminded every year when I use my wood stove. Our stove was professionally installed. The Above Roofing crew ripped off all shingles. But lacking in the knowledge of the importance of the wood stove chimney just slammed the flange back down not checking if it we straight up and down.( Use of a level). So every time I get the wood stove going we hear a loud squeeking noise from the misplaced chimney pipe in connection box. This company also did not seal the shingles at the flange. Above Roofing installed a new roof on my house in 2017. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the product, and the end result. I'm now especially impressed with the commitment they have to their work. About 5 years prior to the having my roof installed, I had LeafGuard gutters put on my house. I recently noticed some of the fascia behind the gutters rotting. I worked with LeafGuard (another quality company) to remove the gutters and assess the damage. Process and cost was explained throughly prior to replacing roof. We were kept informed via phone and email when supplies and crew would arrive. Crew completed roof and cleaned up 100% immediately. Highly recommended.
