Not professional at all. Showed up smelling like alcohol. Ripped a week old 14 dollar furnace filter and replaced it with a cheap 3 dollar one because the other one is too restrictive and was causing my issue. I had AHS home warranty send a different person as the issue was not fixed and the guy was too lazy to check the furnace for any real problems and was probably under the influence still.
