My partner has had 3 appointments consecutively cancelled and this time no contact, just a cancellation on the event. Staff didn't even ask why a person was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes. Unprofessional to waste the drives and parking fees. Don't bother booking with Siobhan. Beyond angry and insulted.
This is my favorite hair salon. Period. Give it a try and you'll see why. I have extremely challenging hair and she works miracles!
Liv rocks! They are the person to see if you have curly hair. Took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and checked in along the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Will be back!
