I'm usually not one to write reviews online, positive or negative. But we recently had Todd conduct the home inspection process for buying our first house in Fort Collins and it was such a pleasant experience and received so much help from him, I felt like it was the least I could do! He walked me through all the details thoroughly. He spent long enough time to inspect and explain what he found. He was very kind and such a nice guy. His recommendation was very helpful. He’s professional and serious in his job. He offered the best price in this town.

Todd performed a house inspection on a house we purchased about 4 months. He left no stone unturned; there is nothing he did not check. After 4 months, nothing about the house has revealed itself that Todd had not already informed us.He is timely, friendly and trustworthy: Very remarkable actually. We will call him again without reservation when we need our house evaluated. He even wrote and an extensive report with details, pictures and summary. Excellent service!

Todd's inspection of our home was incredibly thorough, in-depth, meticulous and knowledgeable. After he put in not just a couple hours, but several hours at our house, he presented us with a comprehensive verbal tour and explanation of his findings and recommendations, and then a prompt turn-around of his initial report, late at night, when he had many other things going on. And his credentials are top notch. All this for a very reasonable price. Wish I had an option to select more than 5 stars.
