Dan did an inspection for me on a home near Wurtsboro. He was responsive and accommodating, making himself available on very short notice due to my limitedavailability to be in the area. He spent a lot of time on the property and walked me through all the issues he observed, answering any questions I had. His report was very thorough and detailed, and made me feel I was going into the purchase with eyes wide open about any required upgradesand repairs. Worth every penny. I whole heartedly recommend him!
Dan was easy to schedule with, and meticulous in his inspections and review of the property. My husband and I are both in the construction field and just wanted an inspection of the home we were renting with option to buy so we could have a second pair of eyes looking for anything we could have missed. Dan from Above Board Home Inspections was great. He did two inspections for us while we were in the home buying process and was super easy to get in contact with and return the reports quickly. He walked us through the entire property and took the time to explain anything that was wrong with the properties or anything that was done good. He stated when we would need to do upgrades to anything and truly went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Dan if you are purchasing a home. You will be in great hands.
