After the storm of March 30, having no luck finding someone to remove tree from roof, Above and Beyond did respond. Feeling under extreme duress, I felt I had no other choice but sign their contract. They wanted $10,000 to remove the tree from my roof. The insurance company told me it had to be removed before they would inspect the roof for ***airs. Mr. ***** called our company in a panic. Worried about the hole in his roof & the rain that was coming; we came right out that evening, once the contract was signed we dispatched a crew. The tree was removed from the dwelling per the contract the same day during the night. We stopped back by the next day to remove the additional debris from the backyard that another contractor started to cut up but did not finish & left.
