We contacted Tim after looking at a number of other property management companies. In 2011 we purchased 3 homes and Tim and his hard working crew keep our homes rented and deals promptly with the day to day problems that come up from being long distance property owners. Tim has been very informative when it comes to pricing our homes and we have always been happy with the folks he screens and places.. These guys are awesome. We are absentee landlords and entrusted our rental home to Above and Beyond. And they really lived up to their name! We had a tenant who refused to vacate our property. Tim and Chase went to the mat for us - meeting with the tenant, filing paperwork, relaying our instructions and finally getting the tenant out without damage to the home. Then they stayed on the premises to change the locks to ensure that the house was secure. You can't go wrong with Above and Beyond.
Tim and crew have been nothing but excellent to work with. 3 years ago me and my husband moved from out of state with only a few days to find a house to rent. Tim brought an application to the viewing of the rental. I was not the only one that viewed this home.
