We purchased a plug and play hot tub from Above and Beyond and when the tub was going to take longer than anticipated to arrive, they delivered their floor model to us and installed it in our backyard (which is a walkout basement so not an easy task!) At no fault of their own, it did not work once hooked up, but they came out many times to try to get it up and running for us.
