We recently used Above & Beyond Pools for our pool remodel/renovation. The overall experience was amazing. Kyle was the manager that quoted the job and Angel was the project superintendent. They both did an incredible job. The quoted price was very competitive. Everything that was in the quote was completed exactly as written and agreed-upon. The level of communication and logistics management was very well done. The office staff and design center representative were incredibly professional and on point. The entire project w... read more
The guys at Gilbert Pool Remodeling did an exceptional job replacing my pool filter. They were always on time and kept me in the loop through every step of the process. First rate professional work. Highly recommended!
These guys installed our new pool 2 years ago. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been having issues with the pool vacuum cleaner, the pool store thought it may be a pump issue. I called Kyle and he sent one of his soldiers out to check on my pump. Everything was working perfect except the cleaner, which I then replaced. There was know hesitation what so ever when I called these guy’s 2 years later. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Keep up the great work. God Bless.
Kevin came on super short notice to help inspect a pool for clients that were in a crunch. Communicative, knowledgeable, and professional- will be using him for future pool needs.
Above and Beyond is exactly right! We had the best experience with this company!! Robert was amazing he listened to our needs and took the time to answer all our questions, he treated our project like it was his own family pool. Robert gave us honest advice and explained options with none of that fast talking hard pressure selling we felt with other companies who bid our project. Matthew our project leader was also amazing!! He communicated with us every step of the process, he kept us informed daily and immediately communic... read more
