A by appointment only gym specializing in wellness needs of the individual. We offer client specific personal training, manual therapy, and program development. We are truly bringing functional training to improve fitness, posture, and erase chronic pain issues. Soon we will be offering small socially distanced group classes that are not like boot camps. Instead they give a taste of what true personal attention feels like in a community environment.

Stephen helped me to throw my shoes’ insole that I have been wearing for 12 year. Also, I werent able to run or jump without a knee pain. Now I can do that without any pain. He is kind, respectful, and responsive.
Stephen is extremely knowledgeable in PRI therapy and has put in tons of hours of continuing education to be able to help people in a way not many other people are - and that’s with the full body approach of PRI. As a massage therapist, I recommend him to all my clients that have “tried it all” and still have chronic pain.
