Poor Customer Service! No worries, because they don’t care about residents! Seems they work hard at not working for the residents who pay them to do a job! Amazing, that it’s so many competitives, yet the community I choose, is ran by this mess!
I have been with jack lefrock for ten years , he is an extremely smart dr, he checks my blood work, and over all health, he is an interest and worked w special patients w problems, he brings professionalism and has a positive attitude towards his patients, his receptionist's has answes for problems you may need, preauthorization, insurance coverage, and is very caring, this practice is ethical and straightforward, helping people like me who wouldn't be able to work.

HORRID business practices and customer service. they have five different phone numbers that ring into a call center; unable to reach a live person; not response, and it takes weeks to get a simple job done. NOT happy when I'm paying for a service.
