I'm relatively new in town, and it is a horrible trek to find a good nail tech artist. Jenny not only repaired my bad lifted nail ( not to mention i had a horrible job by another competitor here in town, my nails looked like a velociraptor) but she did a fabulous job on my nails. very pretty, petite and feminine. Came here for a "mother/daughter day at spa"... Only to have it completely ruined!!! Long story short... The owner made my fingers bleed, botched my nails and still had the nerve to charge me their over priced HORRIBLE service!! I literally cried in salon on how painful it was. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!
They messed up my nails completely and they are over priced! On top of that they had very bad service! Don't go here if you want a pleasant, relaxing experience!
I figured I would give them a try again since it was a few years since I bought my mom a gift certificate there and was accused of stealing it. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and a Pedicure and they were dirty and had hardly any colors and the colors they did have were old. Needless to say I didn't get a Pedicure. I went back to get my eyebrows done they had to wake a little old lady from her nap in order to do my brows then I turned and looked and the owner was asleep on the other table. I have found Above and Beyond Nail Salon to be quick when getting your nails done (but never sloppy or taking short cuts), and they take their time when getting your pedicure. I LOVE that! Who ever had a 30 minute pedicure and thought - well, where was the foot and leg massage? Not here! They do a fantastic job. If you go with a friend (and yes, men do frequent this salon for the foot care as well) they will sit you in pedi chairs next to eachother so you can talk.
