Above and beyond does just that. They go the distance and get the job done right. We recently had a previous inspector come and they could not find mold but we were absolutely getting mold poisoned. The lab came back with terrible levels of a toxic mold in our hvac. Carl is supremely knowledgeable and has vast years of experience and he does a very thorough investigation of the entire property. I would highly recommend not using this company unless you like throwing away your money. They charged me hundreds of dollars just to test for mold, and the estimate for remediation was 14000. I got the job done with another well reviewed company for 3500. The only accurate reviews are the one star reviews here. Go see their Yelp reviews.

Do NOT make the same mistake I did. The second I paid them in full they all but disappeared! They left my basement a complete mess and they abandoned their equipment in my basement for MONTHS! I have zero confidence in their work. I plan on hiring a third party just to come in verify that my mold has been remediated. I’m not even entirely sure there was mold in the first place. Above and Beyond that great job took a look at everything and gave an honest assessment of what was needed. Fortunately, in our case, they were a few different options and we went through the different details. Ultimately, we came up with a plan to help take care of the problem. I would use them anytime
