Above & Beyond saved our little house!!! We had really, really bad mold problems in the basement because of a bad insulation job done years ago and the rising water table. Above and beyond did just that. From Barbara who is kind and accommodating on the phone to Carl an expert in his field and Ruben were all easy to work with. They came to my home and remediated the mold in my hvac system, cleaned my vents and replaced necessary parts to insure the job was successful. We were having issues with mold growth in our bathrooms initially and called to get that checked out. Then, they inspected the whole place and found a great deal of mold in hvac unit. I'm glad that I hired them to clean and improve our living conditions. However, I did find them a bit overpriced.

Above and beyond does just that. They go the distance and get the job done right. We recently had a previous inspector come and they could not find mold but we were absolutely getting mold poisoned. The lab came back with terrible levels of a toxic mold in our hvac. Carl is supremely knowledgeable and has vast years of experience and he does a very thorough investigation of the entire property. I hired Above & Beyond Mold Inspection and Removal of Manalapan to assess and mitigate water damage in my kitchen and living room after a leak. The hardwood floors had already begun to buckle.
