I don't know what happened with this company. We used them a number of years ago and they were great. I recently needed my garage door opener replaced. It took several calls to get him to respond. We set up an appointment, then he requested an advance of $200 to buy the opener, saying he would be here that day. I made the mistake of sending it to him. He never showed.
