RecommendedContacted through Facebook and received a quick response. Answered all my questions and scheduled an interior cleaning. Drop off and pick up/payment was quick and easy and my car looks AMAZING. Can't even tell I have a kid! haha

RecommendedI've had my vehicles cleaned and detailed by Derrick and his staff at least twice a year for several years. They do a great job and Derrick is very professional and concerned with his staff's quality and thoroughness. I've had them return things from my vehicle that I didn't even know were in there! I dropped my vehicle off for an interior clean over the weekend. Picked it up on Monday and was charged $150 instead of $60. There were huge smudges on the back window and windshield, a piece of the windshield trim was ripped off, and my car smells HORRIBLE (still--it's 3 days later!). I asked about a refund and never got a response.
