Very impressed with this group. Very prompt in responding to any issues. Everyone on their team is very professional and helpful.
First issue was when they called me and tried to get me to cancel my contract with a business park and rebid it. I refused then they continued to breach the contract trying to get out of it using my addendum. They refused to pay for services and made things up along the way of trying to collect my money. They still owe me alot of money because they breached the contract and now being sued to the fullest. Never do business with these people. Terrible. They do absolutely nothing.
Very disappointed with them, they won't skip a beat on collecting the dues but won't deliver on there side of the deal. Snow removal is supposed to happen and never does. First HOA I have lived in and I definitely believe it is an absolute JOKE.
