I purchased a 2012 Audi A6 from Brian at Above and Beyond Auto, the car is extremely clean and he made the process as quick and simple as possible. He let me know about a small oil leak the car had prior to purchasing and then worked with me to get the leak fixed, fully covered under the warranty he provided. Thanks Brian! Will definitely be doing business in the future, and sending more customers your way!
Brian is personable and a likeable guy however each step along the process was not smooth. The vehicle being sold with half a tank of gas was just the starting point. Within days we were back for an issue which hadnt been disclosed to us that Brian paid for in an effort to make things right. Brian happen to have the car I was looking for, it was a very fair price. After I purchased the vehicle I found out it didn’t have remote start, I just assumed all newer vehicles like this did. He helped me getter a better price than what I could to get one installed, saved me $50.00. Brian was very personable & really seem to know his vehicles.
