I’ve been coming here for awhile getting my oil changed the service is OUTSTANDING I LOVE MRS MAWOODS her personality is amazing she’s always pleasant she keeps a Big Smile on her face which makes me keep coming if you’re in the Memphis Area please stop bye for your car services you will be glad you did
Never again buying a vehicle from them and refusing to recommend them to anyone it’s not worth the money and time regardless of how nice they are money was wasted
Vehicle only lasted two months before quitting I called in to see if they could take a look at it and was told that if they can fix it I would be charged now I don’t like the odds of if they they can fix it I don’t recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a good reliable car now I have to find a way to get it fixed by somebody that I hope can fix it smh good luck shopping with them
Highly do not recommend they will do whatever they want and they overcharge they wanted 900$ for work i got done for 260 the work they was trying to do most of it was not needed they just wanted money in there pockets and when they called to tell me the price i told them i would bring the money for the parts but i need to figure out how imma pay for the labor i called them to tow my car to another shop and found out they had already took my car apart which was basically the whole front end which was not needed and wanted me ... read more
I have been having a rough day and DP not only helped me with towing my vehicle but also made sure to stay on the phone and I even got to know them. In only two interactions with towing have I had a person make me feel seen and not an inconvenience and DP was the second. We talked about anime and other things the whole process and just took the tension off my already stressful morning. 5/5 is too low for the service he gave and I should complain to google for only allowing me to give just 5/5. Thank you all so much.
