My guess is, the company pays for 5/star reviews to offset the real ones. This guy is NOT a contractor. Whatever you do, don’t give him ANYTHING down. Gave William 6750.00 (labor deposit)early July for two jobs that he said would be done by end of August. Buyer beware. Gave William 6750.00 (labor deposit)early July for two jobs that he said would be done by end of August. So far, he has completed 1 of 3 concrete pads on the first job, and completely ghosted me on the second job. I’ve asked for my deposit back for job 2 MULTIPLE times and get no response. With job 1, the one pad completed, is cracked, out of square, uneven, no rebar was put in pad, left form boards on pad for the last month, leaving a dark shadow- now I can’t polish floors.).
