I've rented from them twice over a series of a few years for each property. It's kinda hard to decide what to rate.... First of all, they're really hard to get a hold of. If you have a maintenance issue you can submit it through the portal, but it's a toss up on if you'll ever hear back from them on it. They dont return phone calls very quickly, if at all. Lol they ghosted our friend (locked office, no email responses, no call backs) for a while until my friend called the BBB and they finally called back the next day. Their excuse was “they were trying to get more apartments in other places” stay away from these scammers.

There should be an option for ZERO stars.. Brittany and Above and Beyond are the worst property managers, from a tenant and homeowner standpoint. We just recently fired them and went with another company because of their gross lack of communication, won't answer calls or emails, went by their office 3 times during business hours and no one was there. They are 100% stealing your money, renter and owner. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. Your run of fraud and embezzlement is over

If I could give 0 stars I probably would. My boyfriend and I wanted to rent from here but they won’t answer the phone, EVER. How do you expect someone to pay $50 for each application for them not answer the phone about a tour or information about the listing. If they can’t be available to answer the phone for a possible tenant, then I doubt they’d answer once they got you moved in.

Don’t waste your time, this PM company does NOT have your best interest in mind. They are never available via phone or email and it can take weeks or months to respond to a request to have something fixed… Be prepared to be charged for cleaning even after you’ve done your due diligence!!!! It should be known that they lack integrity above all else.
