We have been using this company since 2008, but over the last two years, their service has gone downhill. The owner, has not paid us several months of rental income, even though she continues to collect it from our tenants. When there’s an emergency, she does not return calls and often claims she doesn’t have service. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We strongly advise against using this company. RUN and find someone reliable.

I've rented from them twice over a series of a few years for each property. It's kinda hard to decide what to rate.... First of all, they're really hard to get a hold of. If you have a maintenance issue you can submit it through the portal, but it's a toss up on if you'll ever hear back from them on it. They dont return phone calls very quickly, if at all. Lol they ghosted our friend (locked office, no email responses, no call backs) for a while until my friend called the BBB and they finally called back the next day. Their excuse was “they were trying to get more apartments in other places” stay away from these scammers.

There should be an option for ZERO stars.. Brittany and Above and Beyond are the worst property managers, from a tenant and homeowner standpoint. We just recently fired them and went with another company because of their gross lack of communication, won't answer calls or emails, went by their office 3 times during business hours and no one was there. They are 100% stealing your money, renter and owner. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. Your run of fraud and embezzlement is over
