We had a nanny scheduled who didn’t arrive, and we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I left a voicemail but never heard back. Disappointed with the lack of communication — we won’t be using this service again.
Nanny didn’t show up.
Not only did they not go Above and Beyond, but our nanny completed no-showed us and we had to scramble to find a backup sitter. Simply didn’t show up. Zero communication, never answered the phone or voicemails. Look elsewhere for services. You can tell by previous reviews not only do they not treat their customers well, but they don’t treat their nanny’s well.
