Horrible experience! Had them managing our rental and they took us and the renter for all that they could. Upcharged the repairs way above what was done, refused to contact us or give us a breakdown of what was spent. House was filthy! Not sure what the cleaning crew even did. Looks as though the cleaning crew is family or themselves. Walls were not cleaned, nor painted, laminate floors were barely swept, floor vents left with trash and dirt in them.
