I had home health care for my grandfather while I worked. Our home health aide was caught not showing up 3 times. And lied about it. I fired her and pressed charges for theft of services. I had proof via text she no showed from her... herself. I informed the care agency and they still kept her on. She previously told me too she had another client too that would send her home if she didn't need her. But didn't tell the agency and she still got paid by the state. The woman who runs this place is RUDE and snotty. I'd hate to see how she treats the people left in her care!
