As the name implies, Joe, the owner, went above and beyond with his service, attitude, and professionalism. We had an India ink spill on our beige carpet. There was a 1x1 foot stain in a high traffic area. Even after a professional cleaning, the stain was very visible. Joe attempted to clean the spot with his special solution to no avail. The only option was to patch the carpet and Joe offered a satisfaction guarantee, if we weren't satisfied with the repair, no charge. How could we not accept his offer? WOW! My bathroom tile and grout look AMAZING, thanks to Joey and Above and Beyond Floor Cleaning. He is a miracle worker!!! He was fast, professional, and does great work. He has cleaned my sisters carpets in the past as well, and always does a phenomenal job. The floors always look brand new after he is done. Thank you Joey!
