I never worked there nor would I ever, but the staff that works in mabelvale area are very rude! I used to live next to clients all around me, the STAFF literally bullied,harassed, and defined my character! It was so bad I had to sell my home and move because the staff is so nosey! I'm not sure if they were just jealous that I had a bug free, rat free home! So I’ve been dealing with Above & Beyond now for 8 years. They actually helped certify me to become a Homecare aid for Mary, supposedly my biological mother. As a caregiver, I found the people I help assist interesting; the veterans & their families but this one client stood out on me, Mr. Larry. He lives downtown Albert Pike of Little Rock. Very rude and treat people like their not human. Especially this lady name Britney Gilbert. Poorly customer service and shouldn’t be taking care of anyone with that attitude!
