Just got off the phone with Above and Beyond. The guy on the phone was not very nice, and upon telling him I needed a spark plug changed in a 2001 Audi, he promptly told me they do not work on Audi. I then asked if they only work on Domestic vehicles, and he replied no they just don't work on Audi itself... Absolutely no reasoning behind this either. First place I have came across that discriminated against only one kind of car....
Went in for an oil change and they tried to talk me into over $1k worth of work. The only reason I went is because I had a coupon. Afterwards, I took my car to my regular mechanic and he said that they were full of it and I didn't need to have that work done. Never had any complications and this was quite awhile ago.
There should be no other auto repair in Gladstone :) – I love Above and Beyond. They are always honest, straight forward, easy to understand and easy to work with. They are the only ones I trust with my car. I have been going to them for 5 years and have no plans to switch. Ric is the best!

Fixed up my 71 Monte – I have known about above and beyond for a while because people have told me it is a good place to go and get your car worked on. I have a 71 monte carlo that is mint in every way but the engine compartment and front suspension. I am a bit of a do it yourselfer but I needed help with pressing in the wheel bearings so I decided to give them a shot.
