Every single person from the first phone call to installation was amazing! Mark & James were extremely knowledgeable, quick to get the work done and extremely tidy with clean up. I am hard to please and I am 1000% happy and satisfied with Above and Below! Thank you!! A++++++
Had a great experience with Above and Below Plumbing during an inspection at our home as part of Missouri American Water's lead service line replacement program. Noah was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made the inspection quick and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cares about providing great service. We highly recommend Above and Below Plumbing and appreciate... read more
Mark Medina my technician arrived. The master plumber told me what he was going to do and did it perfectly. Tony Greenlee the project manager told me what he was going to do, the time line and he was the perfect professional. Can u count the stars in the sky that what they are. Thank u & I appreciate ur services.
The repairman was great. He got here within an hour of my call, quickly found the problem, left to buy the parts needed, and within a very short time, was finished with the job. I am very satisfied with this company and will use them in the future if any plumbing problems arise.
Tony was awesome in helping with my mom who has dementia to get her water running. He kept me informed every step of the way of the process. Answered every question in a timely manner. Mark was the technician that came in and did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond on their job duties to make it all happen. Could not ask for a better team to come to your home to do repairs
