Our BPHC shuttle driver Elsa Escobar is amazing!! She is so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond just driving the shuttle. Seeing her always makes my day!
The commuter rail shifted their hours a few weeks ago so I had to find a new way to get to work. I am now taking the shuttle with Elsa Escobar and I love it! I will not be going back to the commuter rail when it is fixed because Elsa is the best! I get to start/end my work day with such joy because of her!
Ms. Elsa Escobar is phenomenal! She provides daily transpiration to the company and is one of the kindest and all around wonderful individual that I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to ensure her passengers are safe in a very busy and hectic Boston area. She is always available even if it means working earlier and staying later.
