Driver sped up at a merge well above the speed limit, then tried to run me off the road when I beeped at him. Absolutely reckless. I thought maybe it was an isolated case but it seems like this happens a lot based on the reviews.
Elsa Escobar provides incredible service. She is a very safe driver, always accessible, but above all, she is incredibly thoughtful - she takes the time to get to know everyone's names, backstories, and office schedules. I look forward to coming to work so I can catch up with in the shuttle her every morning!

The commuter rail shifted their hours a few weeks ago so I had to find a new way to get to work. I am now taking the shuttle with Elsa Escobar and I love it! I will not be going back to the commuter rail when it is fixed because Elsa is the best! I get to start/end my work day with such joy because of her!
