Brian gave me a ride to Logan Airport and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He arrived well before the scheduled pickup time, which immediately put me at ease. His car was spotless and very comfortable, and he was an absolute pleasure to chat with throughout the drive. I have never used this limo service, but after I witnessed the horrible behavior commited by your driver/employee this evening, I NEVER will. I work in midcoast Maine, and as I was preparing to leave work this evening an accident occurred at the intersection right down the road. A vehicle ran an obvious stop sign AND above head flashing yellow yeild light, subsequently slamming head on into the front drivers side of the car that had the right of way. Driver sped up at a merge well above the speed limit, then tried to run me off the road when I beeped at him. Absolutely reckless. I thought maybe it was an isolated case but it seems like this happens a lot based on the reviews.
Elsa Escobar provides incredible service. She is a very safe driver, always accessible, but above all, she is incredibly thoughtful - she takes the time to get to know everyone's names, backstories, and office schedules. I look forward to coming to work so I can catch up with in the shuttle her every morning!
