If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. paid 50% deposit 16 weeks ago and NO SHADE and will not return any calls or inquiries. Have filed a complaint with California Contractors State License Board. Stay away from them
It took two measurements, but the end result was perfect. Jim was a pleasure to work with and the install crew were quick, professional and fun! I highly recommend this company!
Shout out to Jim Utterback who came to my home two times for measurements and confirmation of shade protection. His experience as an installer, and now, as the business owner, means he can predict and prevent problems before they arise. In the end, we determined that the angle of the sun, and the geometry of my house, did not indicate that awnings were the best fit. So I didn't buy from them. Why am I writing a review? Ordered two Awnings! Their Sales Staff Valery and Chad were very Professional and detailed oriented. On the day of our installation, Nate and Angel were our Installers. A few minutes late and they called, very polite, did an outstanding job and definitely an asset to your Company! If I could give them a #10….I would! We would recommend this Company every time.
