I have been waiting for my awning for over 5 months. And if course they make you pay in advance. They have been out here no less than 5 times to measure the frame. They brought the finished product twice and both times they used the wrong measurements.... two different finished products and neither were correct measurements... and then of course take more measurements. My HOA is replacing our roofs and I called Above All Awnings 10 days ago to ask if I can have their crew come out and remove my awning, wait while the roofer does less than 30 minutes of work below it and reinstall it. I made it clear I would pay for them to do this. I left a voicemail with no callback, spoke to someone at the office four times and was told (1) someone would get back to me within a couple days or (2) there would be able to have a crew at my house within a coupe days. My awning is under warranty I had Jim come out December 10 2024. He told me he get back to me beginning of 2025, I have called his office over 6 times and was told by his secretary that he would call me back I have not heard from anybody. Apparently the fabric is defective and he’s not willing to stand by it or he would’ve been here already to replace it. I do not like talking about local businesses, but this cost me a lot of money and I want it fix, before it gets worse. CK
If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. paid 50% deposit 16 weeks ago and NO SHADE and will not return any calls or inquiries. Have filed a complaint with California Contractors State License Board. Stay away from them
It took two measurements, but the end result was perfect. Jim was a pleasure to work with and the install crew were quick, professional and fun! I highly recommend this company!
