I was in an accident and the police called this tow service. I wanted them to tow my vehicle to the auto body repair shop of my choice, however, the driver refused and towed it to his location which was a corner of a lot and my vehicle was placed in the back. Had car towed there by state troopers after accident on I84. I dont live in the area and I wanted the body work done by a local business close to my home. Well the owner was giving my insurance a problem not releasing the vehicle without out me going to his business to sign the paper.
