After the shingles were replaced there was rain water leaking between the facia and the eavestrough. Dennis twice said he would stop by when it was raining and take a look. He never did. An evaluation by another company confirmed that no drip edge was installed when the shingles were replaced; although not required by code a quality company would have installed a drip edge. Friendly, competitive but unprofessional.
I don’t often leave reviews, but the incredible service that I received from Dennis was second to none. On Saturday morning I noticed a few drops on the floor beneath my skylight.
