Staff reminds me of high schoolers. Super passive aggressive. Basic communication was a struggle. During my consultation, I had the exact same x-rays done the day before by my dentist. I spoke to staff about this before proceeding. Was completely dismissed and the attendants just laughed and giggled the whole time. I do not know if they are capable of communicating with others outside their office, or just choose to do redundant procedures in order to bill. Dr. Price said we'd be done by February 2025. Overall a really good place. Dr Price is amazing and very informative of any treatments that are necessary. The staff are overall very friendly and helpful. My son had his braces for 19 months. His teeth look amazing after his treatment. Overall a wonderful place for orthodontist. 😁

Steer clear of this place! Money grab. I took my daughter for a consultation she has 2 impacted cuspids along withcrowding and they tried to tell me she didn't meet the criteria for insurance purposes through the state. I then proved they were lying they changed stories mutiple times ultimately left with they only allow Rutland County residents to use that criteria when it should be every vermont resident.
