John inspected a home we were about to purchase. He is the first home inspector we've used, as recommended by our realtor. He did an awesome job - catching several defects the seller must repair. While I am skeptical of home inspectors in general, I am not skeptical of John's inspections. He caught several other minor repairs we'll need to make as well. I am fully confident we will not be walking into a "money pit" home after accompanying John on the 4-hour inspection he performed.
