I learned a lot about my health. Weird how they feel about plant based diets. I did however gain more knowledge and understanding from another holistic doctor. They cost much more but I realize now every holistic doctor is not on the same level.
I have been doing infrared sauna and foot baths at About Your Health for over ten years. And it has truly made a difference in my health outcome.
