Friendly Staff. Good prices! Update: I’m a college student in EC so it’s very important that I have somewhere safe to store all the things I can’t take home with me over the summer. The storage unit I purchased was Amazing, it was outside so ofc things go a little dusty but that’s ok because I put everything in plastic wrap to protect it. Absolutely terrible service and I cannot wait to not have to deal with them anymore...due date has been the 5th since I've had the storage unit...and they put a lock on the door the following day (6th) automatically! I call the number until someone answers and they say the due date has always been the 1st which is not the case due to my payments over the last 4 yrs with never having a lock put on my door...i was never notified about the change for the lock on the door after the 5th...and nobody called or text to let me know ... read more
