Very unprofessional owners & members of the staff that I dealt with. Unfortunately, my family was not treated equitably or compassionately by Ms. Stokes or her staff. Their EI stopped serving my daughter because she no longer wanted to drive to our home because it was too far away for her, yet, they would not admit this & instead tried to blame me as if I was the reason they stopped providing services to my medically disabled daughter.
