My 16 year old now has no car & About New has our $5000. Similar story to another review on Yelp. Purchased a one owner, used vehicle for 5,000 from Jeff. Not even 5 months later brought it back to him because it was making terrible noises. He pressed on the gas pedal and looked at us and said sorry, but it needs a new engine. after the mechanic he uses said he was a great guy and he would make it right, he said he would give us a credit for half of what we paid towards another car on the lot but then told us most of the car... read more
Great place to look for a car, and they will sell yours for you! I bought a nice vehicle that fits my life better than the much newer car I was driving, and they sold the latter car for me for a very nice price, and saved me the hassle. See Jeff and Montie if you want a nice car!
Didn't end up buying a car but Jim was very helpful and answered every question I had and was very patient with me.
High prices, poor services. I am a no haggle customer and was a pain to get info out of them. Why list them if you only have appointments only and don't even bother to answer the ads and scheduling them. Later edit: He said I am a bad person because I left him a 1* review for the above mentioned reasons. So if it makes the owner happy, I'll leave the review but up the rating to 5*. It's not my problem the way you run your business.
Pretty good cars ; asking a little higher than I was okay with paying . The gentleman was open to negotiations .
